Cancellation:For any cancellation there is a $57.50 administration fee but will be
credited for a future stay. For a cancellation made more than 30 days
prior to arrival, the only penalty is the administration fee. If
cancellation is made between 7 and 30 days before arrival,, fees
equivalent to the cost of 1 night stay plus taxes will be retained and
the balance of the deposit will be credited to your account for a next
visit within one year. For cancellation made less than 7 days prior to
arrival, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.
